crisp

I decided since it’s been two weeks since brewing Kevin’s Blonde Ale that I would do some early quality control. Besides how much time does a blonde need to condition? Initially the mellow and yet malty smell encouraged me. The appearance however seemed a bit cloudy for a blonde. The taste was crisp. I almost thought i was drinking a good, mild ipa.  The finish mellows out the crisp hoppiness and leaves the pallet satisfied. This beer at two weeks is drinkable, conditioning is only going to make it better. good job crew!
