time to decide

ok everybody,

i think we are getting to that time where we try to narrow down our recipe. we should have a gathering where we break into all of the beers we have made so far and decide if there is one in particular that we want to start narrowing in on. i also think once we have one picked out and feel comfortable refining that we should try to pick out a stout recipe. it would be fun to be perfecting two recipes. what do you all think? i know that we have only made 5 batches and one of those we are already sure isn’t going to work, but we need to start picking one out sooner or later. let me know what you think. jared

    what if we say yes, we have been kissed by god in the making of stout. so, we pick a stout recipe and brew it every other week. on the off weeks we can experiment with other types of beer until we find one that we really like.
