it’s not flat!!!!

scotish-2.jpgscotish-1.jpghey crew I decided to give our sottish ale a try. for whatever reason the ones jared poured have all been flat. the one i had last night was great. the head on that thing was an inch and a half thick. it had an initially sweet taste which mellowed on the finish. i think it’s a winner.
